Key Responsibilities
• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements, process workflows, and data to identify areas for process improvement and automation.
• Develop comprehensive business and functional requirements documentation.
• Conduct workshops and assess feasibility of processes from IA stand point.
• Assess the complexity of the process, analyze the ROI, perform the technical feasibility, and create business case for the identified use case.
• Engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs, provide regular updates on project progress, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Maintain detailed documentation of project plans, requirements, and outcomes.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in RPA and process optimization. Proactively identify opportunities for ongoing improvement.
• 8+ years of experience in Business analysis with a minimum of 4 years in an RPA Business Analyst role.
• Ability to understand business processes, identify opportunities for automation, and gather and document requirements.
• Ability to create clear and comprehensive documentation for process design, requirements, and test cases.
• Experience with Celonis or similar process mining tools is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering RPA and process optimization projects.
• Supply Chain experience is highly preferred
